  • 1.  Where do I send my contract after I have filled it out?

  • 2.  What permits do I need?
    You can find contacts for all permits on the contacts and permits pages. If you are having a sound system, you will need a sound permit. If you are selling alcohol, you will need a alcohol license. If you will be cooking or having pyrotechnics, you will need a fire permit. If you are planning to close off a street, then you will need a road closure permit.

  • 3.  Will you provide a stage crew, lighting, a sound system and sound man?
    Sorry, we are only leasing you the facility. You are responsible for providing all of your own equipment necessary.

  • 4.  What if I need an extra day to set up and take down tents and equipment?
    You are leasing the park for a 24 hour period. If you need extra time, you must pay the rental fee for each additional day. The deposit and cleanup fee will only be necessary one time.
